Ms. Schneider was born in Waco, Texas but moved to Wyoming with her family in 1989. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in 2003. She also obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2008.

Jessica began her legal career as a Trust Administrator for First Interstate Bank here in Laramie, where she worked from 2008 to 2010. Jessica joined the firm of Prehoda, Leonard, and Edwards, LLC in September of 2010. She practices primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning, and business transactions. Jessica is admitted to the practice of law in Wyoming.

Ms. Schneider’s involvement in the Laramie community includes being a member of the Endowment Board for the Laramie Eppson Center for Seniors, serving as the Secretary of the Albany County Bar Association for the 2010 year, being a member of the Laramie Kiwanis Club, and being a member of the Investment Committee for the Wyoming Territorial Prison. Jessica enjoys singing and playing the piano, stamping cards, drawing and painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
